We ship all parts orders within 24 hours after we have received an order.
Larger in-stock items are sent within 48 hours after we have received an order.
All shipments are insured. In the event of a product being damaged during delivery,
contact Andersson K&B within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping rates - Parts only (Domestic – USA):
An additional 40% of the cost ($0.01 - $9.99) of the items (before tax) will be added to cover shipping.
An additional 25% of the cost ($10.00 - $19.99) of the items (before tax) will be added to cover shipping.
An additional 18% of the cost ($20.00 - $49.99) of the items (before tax) will be added to cover shipping.
An additional 12% of the cost ($50.00 - $199.99) of the items (before tax) will be added to cover shipping.
An additional 8% of the cost ($200.00 - and up) of the items (before tax) will be added to cover shipping.
Shipping rates - Parts only (International – outside USA):
An additional 100% of the cost ($0.01 - $4.99) of the items will be added to cover shipping.
An additional 60% of the cost ($5.00 - $9.99) of the items will be added to cover shipping.
An additional 35% of the cost ($10.00 - $19.99) of the items will be added to cover shipping.
An additional 25% of the cost ($20.00 - $199.99) of the items will be added to cover shipping.
An additional 20% of the cost ($200.00 - and up) of the items will be added to cover shipping.

Shipping method:
For parts orders we use USPS - less than one pound is sent using USPS First Class Mail, over one pound is sent using USPS Priority Mail.
For larger items as well as volume deliveries (toilets, sinks, etc.) we use a private freight trucking company.
All of our products are delivered with full value insurance (domestic only - we can not track international packages).
Sales tax:
9.25% sales tax added for all California residents.
